Does KEDAI take a commission on each online order?

KEDAI is not a marketplace. Your store and app run on your own domain under your brand, so you are not paying a marketplace commission per order and you keep the customer relationship.

Do customers need to download an app from the app store?

No. The KEDAI store installs like an app straight from the browser, without going through an app store.
